Part A
Construct a Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) matrix. Select two alternative strategies from
assignment 5 and complete the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) with five (5) in each
category. *Make the QSPM factors more detailed than the SWOT factors.
Part B
Provide a written analysis of a the QSPM matrix. (Write in 1 to 2 paragraphs)
Part C
Provide a detailed written analysis one of the recommended strategies for the implementation and the
reason. Be specific and detailed. (Write in 1 paragraph)
Part D
Provide a written analysis that details Recommendations/Next Steps for the implementation of the
recommended strategy. (Write within 3 to 4 paragraphs)
Resource Information: This must be original information with no outside resources used. (Write within 3 to 4
paragraphs). NOTE: Take a deeper look at your organization and how all of the past assignments have
formulated this Strategic Plan for the next 5 years.
Your assignment should be in APA format. Title Page, Table of Content, Body of Written Analysis,
Reference Page and Appendix section. Please use the templates in the course content. Submit the APA
