You will be asked to research a recent social media technology and write a report of at least 10 pages (double space, font size 12) explaining how that social
media can be used by a specific organization to gain better competitive advantage. The coverage of the selected topic should be complete and relevant. The
exercise is very like tasks you’ll perform in the real world: you will often be called upon to understand new developments in technology and how they relate to
your firm. You must write and present clearly, engagingly, and succinctly.
