Many different movements attempted to bring about social and political change in the years between 1930
and 2000. Some of these movements sparked counter-movements designed to block or slow change. Each
movement experienced its own changes as it developed over time. Choose one movement from this time
period and write a research paper describing how it changed over the years. Use a combination of primary
and secondary sources to collect evidence in support of your thesis statement about the movement. In your
