growth. Immigrants and their children have filled in the gaps in both population and the workforce. This has
caused ethnic/racial strife. What are the continued issues that will arise as a result of this trend? Use
examples from the US or other countries to back your points.
2) The elderly are the fasted growing segment of the population in the US. What issues/problems does this
create and what needs to be done to help resolve them?
