Writer needs to add these to the document in correct chapters- The institution has permission to use CPI data, as faculty of this institution the researcher has permission to run data on the cohorts. The researcher role at the Institution provides secure access to CPI tool and permissions needed to complete research.
Researcher to email Kiley Barlow and ask, who or what needs to be in the IRB about permission to use archived data
IRB (not to be sent with Proposal, IRB is to be sent to IRB committee once Program Director has reviewd proposal and research has nothing more than “minor revisions”.
