You and your team members are founding partners of a thriving new enterprise of your choice. So far, you have been able to manage the work among the partners. You have recently been awarded a large government contract that will start in two months’ time and last five years. Fulfilling the new contract will require you to hire a staff of 50, including two managers. Now that you will have a staff, you must create a plan and accompanying materials to attract, hire, train, and retain top talent.
IDEA- DAY CARE
The founding new enterprise I have thought on could be a (24-hour daycare) I picked this because of the growing demand for single parents who must work 3rd shift and, they don’t get a choice from the company because they have kids to pick 1st shift of second shift. Also, I picked a 24hour daycare because when using relatives like the grandparents or the aunts, and uncles, they usually will watch them, but they lose sleep because they have to be attentive throughout the night and, they tend to have to work 1st shift the next morning. With this booming business we can put one in 4 parts of the city so that no parent has to lose driving time to drive to one location. Also, in the surrounding counties at least 3 more. We have been awarded a large government contract that will start in two months’ time and last five years. The five-year contract will be to see if the abundance of jobs can be fulfilled on 3rd shift throughout certain cities to fulfill the tri merged cities and, county to reduce unemployment because some people have issue with other work shifts. If numbers with the state and, government show an increase in 3rd shift productivity and, day care businesses money could be extended for more daycares and, for the 3rd shift jobs also. We now have a staff of three starting off because and, this is because the three individuals were the one who all got approved for the startup contract and loan. Now that you will have a staff, you must create a plan and accompanying materials to attract, hire, train, and retain top talent. *****
